The plan today was to get caught up on some paperwork and things. However, after calling the Phillies Spring Training Office about the tickets for the rescheduled games staring on Saturday, I had to drive over to the park, about 20 minutes away, to pick up the tickets and parking pass.
Baseball is happening at the park and the adjoining practice fields and facilities. I didn't go over to the practice field complex, but there is also a practice field at the ballpark. It is used for infield drills as there is no outfield. A number of pitchers were there practicing fielding ground balls and simulating throwing them home or to first base.
Several sections of the ballpark were also open to the public and a number of fans were in the seats watching outfield drills and batting practice. It was good to get a taste of live baseball again.
After stopping on the way back to the RV for a few groceries, that was about it for the day. Judy cooked a great spaghetti with suasage dinner in the RV and early to bed again. Relaxation is very tiring.
Rain is expected tomorrow so our plans are flexible.
