It rained pretty hard last night but not much wind as another front passed through. There was some thunder but no lightning, at least not near us. It was still partly cloudy when we woke up and scattered showers were forecast for the day.
After doing some on-going work to address attempted security breaches on several bank accounts and changing passwords, closing accounts and setting up new ones, it was early afternoon already. No money was lost but it was a good reminder to set up maximum security procedures and banking alerts for any account with funds. The criminals are getting more sophisticated as more and more people are using electronic means for financial transactions, social media, and e-mail communication. The opportunities for personal information exposure and compromise have expanded and the ability to do so has become more sophisticated.
Anyway, we headed over to the Lucky Dill, a NY style restaurant in Palm Harbour. We have been there many times; the food is authentic NY delicatessen with huge portions and very good. Their annual St. Patrick's Day celebration is also underway. Lots of green (even the beer) and live music from a group allegedly direct from Ireland. After a Reuben and green beer for me and a Knish and Matzo Ball soup for Judy, it was back to the RV. Another hectic day in the fast lane.
Tomorrow, we will go to Dunedin for their annual St. Patrick's Day celebration,
