We slept in a little on Sunday then got everything out of the house we are taking with us and secured everything there for the trip.
Our next event was the annual Super Bowl party at Susan Panzica's house. We were hoping we could watch last years game that our team, the Philadelphia Eagles won, but alas we watched the Rams and the Patriots. It wasn't much of a game, but it was a great party with good friends.
It was also still raining. We additionally had one eye on the weather as the forecast was still for low snow Sunday into Monday but it was "iffy" on how low. We contemplated leaving after the party and traveling to Auburn, but found a forecast that said the snow level would be 3,000 - 4,000 ft. on Monday. The fairgrounds are at 2,500 ft.
So, we spent the night in the RV and kept our fingers crossed we would be able to travel in the morning. It continued to rain hard all night.
