Leaving tomorrow. Heading for the Florida East Coast, staying at Patrick Space Force Base near Cape Canaveral for three nights. We will be visiting the Kennedy Space Center on Saturday, Sunday activities TBD.
Busy day today getting ready. It was complicated a little by heavy rain, thunder and lightning most of the day, but primarily the heavy weather was in the morning. I was glad I did most of the outside departure prep yesterday and finished up before the rain started this morning. It would have been difficult to do it all today and put stuff away wet. So, the prep time today was all inside with a shopping trip this afternoon for road food.
We are about ready to leave. Top off propane at the park before we leave and gas-up across the street before heading out of town. The adventure continues.
