After sleeping in and having a late breakfast, we did some shopping. Our first stop was the local chili pepper store. It isa funky store mostly outside and open to the air. You can buy chili peppers by the bushel as well as an eclectic collection of just about everything Mexican and chili pepper related.
After restocking our chili supplies, we stopped by Walmart to get a few things for the rest of the return trip.
Following more rest in the RV, we went out to dinner at La Posta for another great Mexican dinner with Chili Margarita, a delicious variation of a traditional Mexican cocktail.
